This is a story about Billy and Jamie

This is a story about Billy and Jamie, and how these 2 young men are changing the world.

Billy is a rising star in the jockey world winning the UK and Ireland Jockeys’ Championship last year at the age of 19.

Billy did an amazing thing.

He donated his £50,000 prize money to the Christy Lambe Foundation.

The Christy Lambe Foundation then donated it to us at Standing Tall

We used the donation to start our work in Derby, hiring Moin Hussin as our Talent Scout for the city.

Then Moin found Jamie.

Jamie went through tough times last year, finding himself without a home for a while in Derby.

But he’s now settling into full-time work at M. Lambe Construction.

He’s also enjoying living with one of Standing Tall’s host and sharing dog walking duties in his new home!

This is a story about Billy and Jamie, and about how 2 young men are changing the world.

The exciting thing for us – Jamie is our first in Derby. We’re finding more people like Jamie who are ready to take this next step.
