Rent your spare room for 6 months
Earn guaranteed rent to help with your bills, while helping someone change their life. We vet guests for 6 months before making an introduction, and you’ll always feel supported by our brilliant team.

We find people who’ve experienced homelessness, are motivated to work, and have passed our six-month vetting process.

We match them with employers hiring for entry-level roles and hosts with a spare room.
3. WE SUPPORT
Hosts earn guaranteed rental income. Employers get a loyal team member. We support everyone for 6 months until the individual moves into their own place.
You provide the spare room or the job - we provide the
safety, structure and support.

We work with each of our guests/candidates for six months before introducing them to potential hosts and employers.
They’ve proven themselves to be reliable and ready for this opportunity.
We provide DBS checks and hold background information from our referring partners.
We are in regular communication with our candidates/guests, their hosts and employers.
We also provide ongoing support for the individual for their first whole year of employment.

Yes! Once we’ve matched you with a guest, we all get together for a cuppa to confirm it’s a good fit.

Over 80% of the people we work with are still off the streets and in the same job two years later.

No! Your guest is working towards independence. But many of our Hosts do enjoy sitting down with their guests for dinner.

We provide training, ongoing support, and we’re always just a phone call away if you need us.
We work closely with candidates, hosts and employers to monitor progress.

We personally pay your rent directly to you for the first 3 months, from your guest’s wages. This allows your guest time to rebuild their budgeting skills.
After month 3, your guest pays their rent directly to you - and we guarantee it.

Both you and your guest will sign a live document upfront, to set ground rules. This helps to ensure everyone’s safety and make sure everyone is on the same page. If things don’t work out, we simply terminate the contract and work towards a more suitable match.

Yes! Our candidates require no special treatment. We work with our employer partners to replicate your typical hiring route and adapt where necessary.
